I'm Charmed are offering the winner 20 charmes of choice.
I am also entering this card for the 'Chocolate' challenge. at
Emma's CardsI decided to make a box using Origami folding techniques. You can find instructions on how to fold the box on the internet or here on YouTube. it can be tricky to get the hang of but it is worth perservering. The beauty of this folded box is, as long as you use a square piece of paper you can make any size box.
My box is made from 2 pieces of paper, one measuring 24x24cm and one 23 x23 ( the larger piece makes the lid) and folded according to the instrucions. I then decorated the sidesof the lid with some brown and gold ribbon that I found in a local craft shop....chocolate all the way round :)
The top of the lid was decorated with a hand made flower using some brown lace and the brown and gold ribbon. Some punched paper flowers and satin daisy held together with a gold brad completes the topper.
Like I said, this is a favourite of mine as I can tailor the size of the box to the gift.
Hope you liked my post today. Thanks for taking the time to stop by. Your time and comments are appreciated.
