Clean and Simple - Cards Galore Challenge Blog

Hi All,

here is my DT card for the  Cards Galore challenge starting today and runs for the month of March. The theme this month is Clean and Simple and supported by our lovely sponsors Squigglefly.

My card was made using a standard 15 x 10.5 cm Craft cardbase to which I added a dark blue square with rounded corners and a band of pale bue organza ribbon The bird image was stamped in Vintage Photo distress ink onto a square of watercolour paper and highlighted with Broken China and Forest Green distress inks. The watercolour paper was distressed by tearing the edges to create a rough outline The senitment was stamped using a Verve stamp and  Memento Tuxedo Black ink. Very clean and simple and quickly done.
